Let me tell you my friend how my life has turned
so lonely today
Once we were so close, now you drift so far away
You are the Angel in my corner to make sure I am safe
You are the light in my darkness that gives me eternal faith
You've made me laugh and heard me cry
Without you my friend, I am so lost inside
You think I've moved on and don't want you as a friend anymore
How I wish I could open up your eyes,
for our friendship I have not closed the door
All the pain you tried to hide, has brought tears to your eyes
I can feel all of your pain bottled up deep inside
I feel so helpless because I don't know what to do?
I need you to tell me what is wrong,
in order for me to help you through
You have touched my life in such a wonderful way
I am so sorry I could not always help you when you were hurting
so far away
You'll always be my friend, for this I promise you
